Ramona,
I believe that those that are called to serve others, in coaching, or by writing, or in many other ways, are most often graduates of the School of Hard Knocks. And we- the alumni- are always here for each other, holding hands and encouraging each other through the rough spots.

Deb and I are here for you whenever you are ready.

Hugs!

Just when I was feeling like throwing in the towel. I stopped to consider what it all meant for my successful endeavors. I love this article. I was at the gym today, having a really good work out when suddenly I was in a moment of struggle to give up..."It's all too hard." The workout was successful but tough and so were my concerns regarding a solid business. But then I considered how much I care about my relationships with others and how I communicate with them/my clients and audiences. I came home and began looking at my challenges...and listed some ideas for dealing with them. Some experiences are just something to consider for future experiences... Can not deal with them all. ...one thing at a time. What's most important though is knowing that you have a team or that those special people out there exist who can help navigate the experiences for stronger, enlightened outcomes. I'm looking forward to having that experience with Wendi and Deb.

This post made me laugh out loud. I am absolutely a rebel. When I'm wise enough to recognize her in the moment I can let her rebel at the same time I'm actually DOING the thing on my list. For example, "Yes, you can write that sales page copy in you pajamas, lying on the couch, sipping tea!" Couldn't do THAT in the corporate cubicle!

Wendi,
Kinda cool to have a cousin who is so very gifted in her writing! I totally agree with the above message that the dark days, past hurts, financial, emotional, spiritual, etc. etc. etc. all play a huge part in who we are today. I think it's important to always remember where you came from, (by the way, I TOO went to the school of hard knocks!) so that we can appreciate where we are today and perhaps our dreams for tomorrow. Gratitude for what I DO have , rather than what I have lost or will lose is so powerful. I remember my past mistakes all too well. I certainly have learned that it's best (for me) to remember, but don't STARE too long because it can easily spin into stinkin thinking and get me no where fast. Great share Wendi, thank you!

You did it again!

You wrote another wonderful, clear, insightful, wise post!!!

Congratulations on all you've been through to bring you to the present, so you can bless so many with your awesome gifts out the wazoo!

As you know, I, too, am living into my radiance after healing from lots of lessons.
