And now that you follow the strong intention with truly looking upon them, daily and journaling added to the mix. Yes, a winning recipe! Again, it is such a good thing to come here and read your blog. Shared ideas and dreams and "new" perspectives abound. Blessed Be, Ms. O Intentions, intentions, always so powerful. I didn't even look at them. I stumbled onto them ten years later and all but one were completed. Kind of spooky. When I learned about writing them and looking at them, every day it became even more powerful. Add journaling and quiet time to the mix and it became a winning combination. Melissa,

I think many people get stuck where you were and even though life's not what they want it to be, they just don't put forth the effort to change.
