You know, Friar, I may just take that advice this weekend and ride out into the desert. The days are starting to creep into the upper 60s and it's perfect riding weather. Thank you and Wendi for the reminder.

When I need re-charging, I go outside into the fresh air, and get in touch with Mother Nature.

I'm actually surprised that so few bloggers seem to have caught on to how cleansing, how relaxing this is.

There's so much navel-gazing, and advice is out there about prioritizing, simplifying, organizing, achieving....yadda yadda yadda.

But how about just going out and feeling the sun on your face?

Or listening to the wind whoosh through the pines on a wind-swept lake? Or feeling that magical elation you get when you hike above the tree-line and feel like you're on top of the world? Or even just go to the beach and listen to the water lap the shore?

It's amazing how much that helps. I highly recommend it to anyone.
